We launched quickly and immediately saw results with an easy customer experience. We love working with Ari at GiftWizard! Initially we ran into quite a few bugs, but Ari was always quick to respond to our needs. But now that the kinks are worked out, GiftWizard works like a breeze. Once we customized the settings to reflect our brand, all we had to do is watch the app work for us. The process is automated from beginning to end, sending emails at every step of the way keeping us and the customer up to date on the gifting progress. There are no worries about losing track of the order at all. GiftWizard is simple to use whether you are the customer or the merchant. The customer service is amazing too; fast and on point. Great job Ari!
So far so good! Installation and set-up has been pretty simple and Ari is quick to answer questions.
Eddie was great. He was responsive and provided the easiest way to work through the issue. We got done what we needed to.

We use this app to reward loyal customers with a percentage back as store credit on products purchased as well as a referral system to help onboard new customers. The app is easy to use and set up and provides great value for our company. We would recommend this app to anyone looking to create a loyalty scheme within their site

this app is wonderful. I was having a bunch of issues and even accidentally signed up for the wrong plan. Customer service was fabulous to work with and very quick and understanding to what I needed. They walked me through things over the phone and resolved all my issues. this app definitely earned their good rating for excellent customer service.
