Not only is the functionality that Rise.ai provides going to dramatically improve our ability to build our customer community and revenue, the customer service at Rise.ai is outstanding. It's so nice to have an actual person on the other end rather than fumbling around with an auto response bot. We will be customers for life and we are very excited to see what advances Rise.ai has coming down the pipeline.

We had an issue with the billing and Hila reached out she was very helpful,also solving the issue on the very same day, we have tried many apps and this was by far the best as customer service is excellent, definitely going to continue using rise in the near future,it has everything weve wanted built into one.

I have been working on establishing a new loyalty program for my online store recently. Rise AI is great at offering flexible options that we have been able to use to cater to our exact reward program goals. I was really pleased with the customer service I received. I have had questions about setting up the reward flow and program. Customer service was rapid in their response and clear in their answers. Eddie, an agent at Rise.ai, helped us integrate a custom gift card solution, and they are TOTALLY AMAZING. The platform is easy to use, but we had a special use case that required a bit more hands on help from the Rise.ai team
