We were new to running our own ecommerce this year and chose Rise so that we could issue store credit as a return merchandise option. We also decided to use Rise to issue bulk gifts cards as part of a rewards programs. The Rise team has been great to work with and was very responsive to helping us accomplish what we needed to do. We'll definitely consider additional services as we expand our store.

I love this app, I had some initial problems with it freezing on mobile but the developers were quick to resolve the issues as soon as I alerted them.

So far this app is great. I have had a couple of teething issues with the formatting on my website, Noa from the Rise team has helped me out with this and there are only a couple of other tweaks to be done. She has been a big help and very prompt in replying. I've only just installed the app and haven't been pushing the gift card until it's ready so no sales yet - I will update the review once it is up and running properly - and can hopefully increase to 5 stars :) Thanks - Nic

Great app! Easy to set up, customize, purchase & redeem. My customers love it especially for the holidays.

This app is extremely user friendly and easy to use! Brings a whole knew USP to our business, gives us tons more marketing content and an edge over similar businesses. We needed a little help setting something up, and the customer services was unbelievably prompt on helping us! I use this app so my customers can purchase gift cards. Customer service is so quick to answer when I have questions. Definitely recommend.
