great customer support - we're still figuring out launch timing but we will definitely be working with them to launch.

I used the app to help me bulk import my gift cards from my old point of sale into Shopify. The representative assisted me with this task immediately, quickly, and efficiently. I just sat back and provided the information they needed. It was a breeze.

I just started using gift card and the app works. I can't solve a problem and Roy was great to help me. Bravo

I had trouble setting it up originally. I had to bring on a developer. But it is a good app. We haven't utilized all of its capabilities yet so we will see how things go. So far so good though.

The app is real cool, easy to use plus the support is fast, Gift Wizard is a must add on for all sites.

Had an issue with billing which was refunded in full and we even got a free month even though it was my fault so hats off love the app and the service is awesome.
