DAY ONE...
I was Little reserved with the limited features and the plans as i wasnt sure how this feature will be used. but they offered me all the features on Pro for longer than 7 days to a month to see how things go... then pay for the suitable plan. This way i can use all the features to GROW and MAKE MORE SALES rather than make NO SALES from lack of features.

They Asked what kind of features i was looking for and what improvements can be made, This shows that they care for me to grow and knowing my needs helps them develop their app further.

2. Thay care and listen to your needs and are still developing the app from your suggestions and ideas if not too impossible..

Overall i'm loving the features that lets my customers send the products to their friends as gifts with a E-Gift card by email or SMS.

I needed gift card functionality but didn't want to upgrade to the next Shopify plan. When I found Rise will do this AND replace my existing points system (because I can offer store credit via gift cards now), I was sold.

Total gamechanger! The platform opens up tons of new opportunities for your store, and support is very responsive if you need any help getting things set up.

I needed a solution to bulk import 240 gift cards I already had numbers for. The platform was easy to navigate and customer service very responsive! Even when the csv file didn't send right he reformatted it for me on his end and made sure they were all uploaded correctly! Only solution I could find on the marketplace -- excited to experiment with more of the app features!

We just loaded this app and with a little help from their team (Ari) we were up and running in a flash. I love that the app is simple yet has customization options you need to keep your brand consistent. And more so, I appreciate the excellent customer service, quick response and friendliness. Can't wait to share this app with other friends who run online stores too.

I love this app and its support team! They helped me with instalation during the weekend and now I can enjoy a great gift card system for my store.
I used to be on Shopify plan with its native gift card but now, with this app, my gift cards are much more customized, customers can send their gift cards directly to recipients via email, message or print it, I can set up my custom reward program with gift cards... And that's all was not possibile with Shopify's gift cards.
I really don't know why I waited so long to switch from native gift cards into this app which I fully recomend!
