Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

A excellent app to drive traffic to your website to increase selling conversion rate. That gives gift cards to your customers and store credit.

We've only used this for Gift Cards, but it works well, and the support team is super quick to reply and help out when something needs troubleshooting. I would recommend on customer support alone.

We're LOVING this app so far. The opportunity to have custom branded graphics, for customers to be able to send, schedule, or print gift cards, and for us to finally be able to run BOGO promotions on multiple tiers of gift cards is great. Not to mention their customer support chat peeps are SO NICE and helpful. 10/10 worth giving this app a go!

Rise AI is great at offering flexible options that we have been able to use to cater to our exact reward program goals. I was really pleased with the customer service I received. Great App, it does exactly what we need. It is expensive but I think it will be worth it once the loyalty program builds. and really supportive team at RISE who have helped us migrate from another system and our account manager Dana has been amazing and helped us every step of the way.
