Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

Love this app! If you are looking for reward solutions and gift cards, look no further. At Tree Card, we are using this software a little bit outside the box and their support team has been really wonderful about helping this work for us. Support has been wonderful! Really cool app that adds some great features to our store, especially the bulk gift cards. I used this app to send out 260 gift cards via email for a corporate rewards dinner. The customer support I received was out of this world. I only had two days to turn this project around before the dinner. Ari was so responsive and helpful through the whole process and our client received exactly what they were looking for! Cheers!

Our store has been using this app for a month now. I think most of the shop owners are concerning about whether this app works. Alright, IT DOES WORK, and we have increased our sales by 16% in just one month. So far the feedback is very good on "account creation reward" and "cashback reward". We are waiting to see more positive feedback on "referral reward". In conclusion, this app is worth the money that we paid for it. The support is efficient too.

Easy to install. Ran into some minor add to cart issues, but was able to contact the team and quickly resolve the issue. Much appreciated!!

I had sent in a 1 star review because they had charged my card a huge overcharge fee. I am amending that review now because Rise made things right and fixed the situation, giving me a plan that works with my business though is not an advertised plan. I did not understand that Rise takes a cut of EVERY order that comes through your Shopify, regardless if it is through your online store or your POS system in your brick and mortar stores. We are a coffee shop so as you can guess we have thousands of orders come through a month. Giving Rise a cut of every drink we make in our cafes would not be sustainable. If you are food and bev store like us or have a store with many small transactions a month I suggest you talk to Rise directly on a plan that would fit.

Rise.ai is a very easy platform to maneuver through and their customer service has been fantastic. Shout out to Pauline for all of the wonderful help. Highly recommend!
