I love Rise's active approach - that's what brands need to do now in my opinion. We use rise to send rewards but also to refund customers with store credit and for sending gift cards to our customers when there are problems with shipping etc.

Just launched my gift card and rewards program - and it works great! I love the options to send emails to recipients, and Instagram integration is a great addition as well. Also - much better than Shopify's native solution for store credit. Would recommend!
