I just installed the app on time for the holidays and I've loved their top-notch customer service. Greatly recommend this if you wish to have some membership tiering and rewards.
We decided to go with Rise as our rewards & loyalty program. The app has a substantial set of features and accomplishes our goal of avoiding a confusing points base system. It integrates well with Shopify Plus and Shopify POS which were two musts for us. Eddie was very helpful in getting all of the features set up properly! Would definitely recommend giving Rise a try.

Just installed the app and found Ari really helpful. The interface is very user friendly and the Youtube tutorial is easy to follow. Still in the trial period but already sold a voucher so delighted! Great way to build your business with moving to the more expensive Shopify Plan. Lots to explore and discover. Thanks Ari.
