Rise was really helpful in making their app work for my store. Took a few days to get it right, but they were very helpful, heard exactly what I needed, and made it happen!

Have been using the app for 2 months now and we love it. Easy to use and customer support is excellent. We use the gift card and rewards program.

We used this app for more than 3 months, started with the Starter plan, actually it works properly and functionality, but the big problem is not worth the money to invest. 1) The app name "Gift Card & Loyalty program", We suggest it should be changed to "Gift Card & Store Credit", their loyalty program is to overcharge, they charged $16 monthly for ONLY one workflow, compare to other developers, they will give us 10 FREE workflow loyalty program. 2) We are paid users but it took more than 24 hours to get approval for the workflow we created, we waited for your approval but you still charge our credit card on time, it's fair enough, isn't it? 3) If you are Shopify Owners, and you are looking at the Loyalty Program or Reward Program please go far away from Rise.ai, they are not a great choice, they are only good developers in selling Digital Gift Card and issued Store Credit.

I use this app to help us with both physical and eGift cards, eGift cards being a new feature for us. Capabilities for both are really great and the ability to create different denominations in bulk for the physical cards (before sending the printer) is seamless. The only thing it could be done better is the new dashboard while it is simple and I have a hard time navigating it.

I use this app to generate referrals and repeat business. My customers love how simple it is to redeem store credit rewards and spend more in my store.

App easy to install. good team doing follow up and make any changes for you.
Will use it a bit more. only thing missing is if the client could have access to their store credit transaction so that they trust it more and can leave their store credit on it as they can see all transactions of their store credit.
it could be integrated because the info is also here in the admin dashboard. just have to show it in the customer account "store Credit"

We use shopify for both our online & brick & mortar sales. We thought Rise we be a great way to utilize gift cards & store credit for our loyalty program, rather than the points system we had previously used with S Loyalty. Dana was super helpful in getting us set up and running. Unfortunately, the POS integrate was not as seamless as we had hoped for. You aren't able to do everything necessary to manage the store credit or gift cards completely within the Shopify POS app. Too much back and forth between the computer and POS to handle everyday occurrences that should all be within the POS app. It's just too clunky and enough of an upgrade to pay the $200 price tag. If they could figure out how to get all the functionality into the Shopify POS app we would stick around, but instead we're again shopping for something else.

Hi there,

Thank you for your feedback as it helps us improve our app! Dana also shared your views with the team. I'd like to clarify what is available with the POS integration and why we have designed it as such.

Our POS integration allows your customers to earn and redeem store credit both online and in your brick & mortar store. This way, store credit that is earned in-store, can also be redeemed online and vice versa.

What you can manage through the POS:
- a customer can earn store credit for an in-store purchase which automatically accumulates into their loyalty account (can be viewed online/via email).
- a customer can redeem store credit earned online or in-store for an in-store purchase. All you need to do is select "apply store credit" before processing the payment on the POS.

If you need to adjust a customer's store credit balance, this can only be done on the Rise dashboard (not via POS). This is because adjusting the balance is essentially changing your balance sheet - you are awarding your customers with additional credit to spend at your store.

For security and accounting purposes, merchants typically want the ability to award store credit to be restricted to only those with access to your Shopify admin. If all employees can access this on the POS, they have the ability to adjust the funds available to all customers at any time.

However, we have taken your feedback on board and we will continue to think of ways to improve the merchant experience.

The customer service reps provide helpful and detailed information in a very timely manner. There are certain things I wish I could do in workflows that aren't available yet, but for the most part, I can successfully create my own workflows that are specific to promotions.
