The Rise gift card app has been extremely useful for us. It has helped us enhance our customers' gift card experience adding customizable processes as well as setting up reminder flows that do all the heaving lifting for us. The support team is also fantastic and very willing to hop on the phone and communicate over email to work out any questions.

Pricing is terrible. They don't just charge for each order Rise is involved with (store credit, loyalty, etc.) - they charge for EVERY ORDER YOUR STORE PROCESSES. It's over $150/month in ADDITION to the $600/year fee. *update* After contacting support, they bumped me up to the $200/month plan and refunded the overage fees. I would still like the price to come down a bit, but this is sufficient.

Regarding pricing, our plans are structured according to business size. This makes it easer for businesses to determine which plan is best for them.

How do we measure business size? According to the total number of store orders processed per month.

If your orders exceed the amount included in your plan, then there is an additional fee per order. This is explained on our Pricing Page - https://rise.ai/pricing

We just got it, but so far it has been really easy to use and set up. I also ran into an issue and was able to get it resolved quickly with their support team. Also - SUPER NICE! Pauline helped me out and it was a really great experience! Excited to keep working with their team and this product!

Just getting started with Gift Wizard. My store is not active at this point. Gift Wizard's staff has been great to work with. I'm anticipating the gifting app will help me reach my objective of sharing a life giving message!

We have a complicated workflow where customers receive a bonus on top of their 5% rewards if they hit certain thresholds. This caused a glitch in how rise handled the rewards and sometimes gave customers double rewards. After some back and forth with Rise which took a while they have mostly fixed this and have also compensated us for the customers who received and redeemed more than they should have. The app does not give you great reporting to be able to monitor this situation or view pending rewards and as such it took me a while to catch this error. If they fix reporting and we confirm this app is working properly I will raise my review again.
