Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

Really easy to use - yet to implement on our store yet but the team area all v helpful. Very excited to get our programme up and running in the new year

Still learning about the app, but there is huge potential. I have used it to create gift cards, which are way better than the standard Shopify gift cards, enabling buyers to edit and customise the card they send to the recipient. Nadav from the support team helped me instantly to get me set up correctly. Looking forward to further exploring this app!

This app makes it easy for visitors to send your products as gifts, which in turn boosts sales. The GiftWizard support has been stellar, the installation was quick and the features work smoothly.

I have only implemented the Gift Card section so far. And I really like it. Communication is excellent and I am looking forward to looking at the rewards and loyalty section. I would definitely recommend this app!

We were new to running our own ecommerce this year and chose Rise so that we could issue store credit as a return merchandise option. We also decided to use Rise to issue bulk gifts cards as part of a rewards programs. The Rise team has been great to work with and was very responsive to helping us accomplish what we needed to do. We'll definitely consider additional services as we expand our store.

I love this app, I had some initial problems with it freezing on mobile but the developers were quick to resolve the issues as soon as I alerted them.

Just setting it up right now but have experienced AMAZING customer service so far!! Pauline, was so helpful with helping me migrate over from my old POS system.

So far this app is great. I have had a couple of teething issues with the formatting on my website, Noa from the Rise team has helped me out with this and there are only a couple of other tweaks to be done. She has been a big help and very prompt in replying. I've only just installed the app and haven't been pushing the gift card until it's ready so no sales yet - I will update the review once it is up and running properly - and can hopefully increase to 5 stars :) Thanks - Nic
