Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

not a fan. Glitchy. Some of my customers were receiving super high gift card amounts and I couldn't figure out why those credits were like that. They were supposed to get 1% cash back credit and I had customers getting $51 and $13 in store credits.

Very helpful customer support, intuitive product and a clever solution to offering store credit en masse. Definitely worth investigating.

Very helpful app! Does a nice job at making products instantly available as gifts. Sounds like they are adding more features that are coming out this week which we will use right away.

Augst 2023 Update: This app is great when you're able to fully take advantage of it. I'm uninstalling it because our team is going in a different direction but I highly recommend this app because of the support team. It's amazing. Eddie and Itay have been amazing. Highly recommend it!

I was looking for a bulk gift card app that allows us to use gift cards as marketing. I've tried many different apps and actually downloaded this app twice. The UI is clean and smooth. I like the potential this App has, but unable to explore it during the trial. Most of the options are disabled until the trial period is over -which is fine -but it's misleading. It's not a trial if I can't use the features -and this is extremely frustrating because I am looking for a particular feature and do not want to purchase a $199+/mo subscription without being fully able to use the software. Like I said, I liked the UI, and actually was interested in the loyalty aspect of this program.

This app comes with so many features - a loyalty program, gift cards, store credit and so much more.

The customer service is really great, Nadav from Rise.ai helped me tremendously to get my app transitioned from another rewards app. The team did everything according to what I needed and wanted.

I was nervous about integrating all these features but I didn’t need to be as it worked smoothly. Very quickly I was up and running. 

I highly recommend!

So far, Gift Wizard has done an awesome job for us. It was a great find for selling our gift certificates online.

Very nice app, is eaasy to use and to customize to my needs. I use it mainly to issue store credit for refunds.

The app seems to work great and does what I wanted (lets you offer gift cards) plus more. I'm thinking about also making a loyalty program.
