Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

John, thank you for helping us out today. You were extremely helpful. We were looking for a good gift card app and this is by far the best.

The app can completely change the customer experience, and customer support is great, we had a problem with billing, and they answered and solved it immediately!

Easy to set up, and always able to get assistance whenever needed. Would definitely recommend Rise for store credit and rewards features

Very disappointed....The app messed up my site appearance. I was billed multiple times for this app, and over two days no one was able to fix the issue of the "Send A Gift" button. Then after several follow up emails, I received no response.

Got a bit confused initially however the developers offered to contact me and walk me through and now i've upgraded my account. Really interesting e-gifting app!

I was grateful their live chat was able to help me within a few minutes. Not having responsive support can be so frustrated with Shopify apps. I was able to get an answer to my question fairly quickly on a Sunday, which was huge.

I think I have been on Shopify for a bit over 8 years now and this may be my first review, and that should speak for itself. I cannot say enough great things about Rise and the team there. The price is absolutely justifiable, and with the proper setup (which the Rise team helps with) your ROI will be 7x-10x. We saw immediate results and I cannot wait to see Rise, rise to the top as our favorite app. I was not incentivized in any way to leave this review and I am leaving this review after a couple of months of use. For any pyp competitors reading this review. I hate this app, worst app ever, stay away.

It is Sunday evening where cust service (Ari) is located, but yet he got back to me and fixed my main issues (theme related) immediately and is currently working on my minor aesthetic issues now. I am totally impressed! I researched the other gift card options available through Shopify and they do not compare. Buy with confidence! :)

A little bit of work to get up and going but with the amazing support from the Rise team, we got it all sorted. Great app! Thank you.
