Very well thought out and highly responsive support staff. This app, while certainly not inexpensive, is a meaningful investment in taking your site from "mom and pop" shop to performing like major corporations', in record time. I can see why so many big companies use rise.ai.
I needed to enhance my Gift Card experience and this was the perfect, most stylish app which allowed me to do this. I am looking forward to exploring the other tools within the app.

The product allowed us to connect both of our stores E-Comm & Retail and the integration was seamless. The staff is very helpful as well.

great app I use this now for the holidays and it has increased my sales alot thankyou Giftwizard for making an amazing app.
Rise is awesome! Most of our users purchase with store credit and Rise solves our biggest issues with the built-in Shopify gift card system.
With Rise, our users can see their card balance and choose to use their linked Gift Card from their cart. They can also see their full Shopify gift card code on their account page.
We did have one small issue installing Rise on our site, but Roy from Rise was able to get the issue solved for us in less than 12 hours.

Wow - really well-done app, easy to use and effective. Our team went through a lot of rewards apps and Rise is by far the best and most comprehensive for users. Definitely recommended for brands that want to create loyal customers. Store credit refund is a hit as well. I can see a lot of my customers using it. Would recommend!
