Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

Easy to install. Ran into some minor add to cart issues, but was able to contact the team and quickly resolve the issue. Much appreciated!!

I must admit I am not a tech/app savy person but Roy was amazing in helping me sort everything out. I will highly recommend app! It looks really good and it is exactly what were looking to add to our website.

I had sent in a 1 star review because they had charged my card a huge overcharge fee. I am amending that review now because Rise made things right and fixed the situation, giving me a plan that works with my business though is not an advertised plan. I did not understand that Rise takes a cut of EVERY order that comes through your Shopify, regardless if it is through your online store or your POS system in your brick and mortar stores. We are a coffee shop so as you can guess we have thousands of orders come through a month. Giving Rise a cut of every drink we make in our cafes would not be sustainable. If you are food and bev store like us or have a store with many small transactions a month I suggest you talk to Rise directly on a plan that would fit.

Rise.ai is a very easy platform to maneuver through and their customer service has been fantastic. Shout out to Pauline for all of the wonderful help. Highly recommend!

An excellent app. Maybe plans are limited for the beginners, but it is worth to try. Maybe the free trial should be a little longer but this app gives you more options than Shopify $79 plan. I have just started to use it and it's incredible how easy is to work with.

Our webshop is in Dutch and not everything was translated yet so we contact them for additional translations. Their support is great, fast and friendly! We like ;-)

Review for gift card features only - This app from what I have seen is the best solution for gift cards on Shopify. Ability for customer to send directly to recipient (instead of sending to themselves) at checkout is key, and for some insane reason missing from Shopify.
Some nice advanced features, particularly the ability to schedule the send date of the card, which is fantastic.
And support was great! I had an issue with my POS / web API deleting the gift card and their support team hung with me for weeks trying to help figure it out. Highly recommend this app, especially after looking at some of the alternatives.

I have it a issue with my billing and they solve the problem very fast, I appreciate the fast response and help, I truly recommend this app and also for the great customer service.

This an easy to implement app with pre-written work flows which makes it super easy to implement complex workflows.
