Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

Response/customer service is outstanding!! We pride ourselves on that and appreciate when others do too. We're giving this app a "go" through the holiday season. I suspect it will only delight us!

I needed gift card functionality but didn't want to upgrade to the next Shopify plan. When I found Rise will do this AND replace my existing points system (because I can offer store credit via gift cards now), I was sold.

Customer service has been stellar. Pretty quick to respond to emails and accommodating of my requests.

Total gamechanger! The platform opens up tons of new opportunities for your store, and support is very responsive if you need any help getting things set up.

I needed a solution to bulk import 240 gift cards I already had numbers for. The platform was easy to navigate and customer service very responsive! Even when the csv file didn't send right he reformatted it for me on his end and made sure they were all uploaded correctly! Only solution I could find on the marketplace -- excited to experiment with more of the app features!

We just loaded this app and with a little help from their team (Ari) we were up and running in a flash. I love that the app is simple yet has customization options you need to keep your brand consistent. And more so, I appreciate the excellent customer service, quick response and friendliness. Can't wait to share this app with other friends who run online stores too.

I love this app and its support team! They helped me with instalation during the weekend and now I can enjoy a great gift card system for my store.
I used to be on Shopify plan with its native gift card but now, with this app, my gift cards are much more customized, customers can send their gift cards directly to recipients via email, message or print it, I can set up my custom reward program with gift cards... And that's all was not possibile with Shopify's gift cards.
I really don't know why I waited so long to switch from native gift cards into this app which I fully recomend!

If I could rate 0, I would. In my personal experience, Rise.ai is shady and a company out to gouge the little guy. When a customer, like myself, sees "$0.20 an order" on their pricing page, I find it “convenient" how they don’t provide any other explanation about what that actually means, LOL! Until you get the $1,000 bill. As an extremely savvy Shopify website owner and Shopify app customer, when I read "$0.20 an order" that obviously means to me $0.20 an order made by an actual Rise.ai gift card, or, obviously when a Rise.ai gift card is purchased. Because let’s be honest, it would be INSANE for that to actually mean $0.20 of every order made in my shop haha. But it does. It means, regardless of their involvement, they will take $0.20 an order.

On what planet, in what galaxy, does Rise think they are entitled to $0.20 a damn order? Your app provides the LEAST amount of value of the 15+ apps I am currently using and your app is 5x -100x more expensive than my other apps even with a plan reduction.

AVOID Rise.Ai. Run.

Excellent App. Easy to install - no extra coding, etc required. Was live on my store and supporting my sales within 10 minutes!

Very happy with the app so far! A very simple-to-use, effective digital and physical gift card program. Integrates well with our new store. I love the recent integration with physical gift cards.

We had a slight issue with the eGift recently and Ari was great and prompt and helped us sort things out.

Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to build a gift card program!

Love this app! The guys at Rise have been fantastic in helping me tailor things to suit our design aesthetic... nothing is too much trouble. Any questions are answered very promptly. Easy to implement a great app to add to start a new advertising campaign!
