I used this app to accelerate our gift card presence because Shopify's was limiting for what we needed. So far I have loved the product and the service that came along with it. Specifically, Yair has been excellent. He has communicated with me 24/7 to answer all my questions, even over Thanksgiving! It was so helpful having someone so responsive and understanding.
We use a lot of gift cards which works great with Rise.ai but the work flow feature is a game changer for us. And support is very responsive and helpful.

I have literally just downloaded it and am still setting it up for the free 7 day trial but I wanted to check that it would issue gift cards in £ instead of $ (as I couldn't see an option to change the currency), so I sent a message to Ari and he responded within seconds! He confirmed that yes, it would automatically send in the currency set up in my Shopify site. So it's good to know help is so readily available for people like me who don't really know what they're doing!
Rise makes it so easy to create win-back campaigns and loyalty reward programs. They provide quick assistance with any questions I may have (shoutout to Eddie) and the platform is very user friendly.

Have been using Rise since we began with Shopify on my other store and now using it on my new store for store credit.

We use rise to manage our employee store. I really like that we can adjust balances of existing loyalty cards and gift cards. Their customer service is very helpful, kind and careful. I was helped by John today and Eddie quite a few times in the past. Great service. -- There are a couple of features that I'd like to see built in such as an easy way to export all existing Loyalty Card Codes (I had to do this manually) and I'd like more control over the Rise Loyalty button for users who aren't logged in.

Superb app, manages our loyalty perfectly. Ari in the support team has been so responsive and helpful to help us with a couple of bespoke requests we had.
Had some issues implementing their default rewards page. Messaged them and it needed escalated to next level tech team. Figured I wouldn't hear back for at least a day and started to work on something else. Just minutes later I got a new chat window saying the problem has been resolved. Great customer service.
