App easy to install. good team doing follow up and make any changes for you.
Will use it a bit more. only thing missing is if the client could have access to their store credit transaction so that they trust it more and can leave their store credit on it as they can see all transactions of their store credit.
it could be integrated because the info is also here in the admin dashboard. just have to show it in the customer account "store Credit"

The customer service reps provide helpful and detailed information in a very timely manner. There are certain things I wish I could do in workflows that aren't available yet, but for the most part, I can successfully create my own workflows that are specific to promotions.

We set up our Rewards program on Rise a couple of months ago. It is pretty simple to use with a pretty broad range of options, but my favorite thing is the support team. Sometimes the response takes a litte time, but they tell you that up-front. But, when they reply, they are always eager to help and provide lots of guidance.

Ari is very helpful in troubleshooting. He has helped me smooth out all the kinks with my shop and he is very responsive!

We installed this app to be able to offer ALL our customers the option To purchase gift cards and not just the people who use Apple wallet. It’s a great app, very easy to use IMO, and integrated well with our store. The support from Rise is even better. They are quick to respond and are knowledgeable. The Rise,ai app was critical in enabling us to deliver a gift card solution without having to upgrade to Shopify plus. The bulk gift card import enables us to generate thousands of codes and works seamlessly with Shopify.
