good customer service. prompt reply! In case, its hard find the more information on customer's gift note and address... Has to contact service and provided it.
Rise.ai is beautiful and well designed. We are only 5 days into using Rise and what I can say is: WOW. It's really helping to grow my business and create repeat customers.
Also - I just had my first issue (which was my fault) and Roy fixed the issue in no time!
