Support response times are nearly instantaneous. Set up was extremely easy. The integration with Shopify POS is where it's at.

We migrated to Shopify and needed a quick bulk-add of gift cards which was our sole reason for the app, however we now launched a loyalty rewards program with an upcoming membership program to use with and we are super thrilled how the app is working. I would recommend the videos and help docs as they were super helpful, but in addition to that their support (esp. Pauline) was AMAZING!
Really cool app that adds some great features to our store, especially the bulk gift cards. Will definitely be able to expand what kinds of sale and promotions we will be able to execute along with establishing a rewards program. I used this app to send out 260 gift cards via email for a corporate rewards dinner. The customer support I received was out of this world. I only had two days to turn this project around before the dinner. Ari was so responsive and helpful through the whole process and our client received exactly what they were looking for! Cheers!
Our store has been using this app for a month now. I think most of the shop owners are concerning about whether this app works. Alright, IT DOES WORK, and we have increased our sales by 16% in just one month. So far the feedback is very good on "account creation reward" and "cashback reward". We are waiting to see more positive feedback on "referral reward". In conclusion, this app is worth the money that we paid for it. The support is efficient too.
