Anyone else noticed the integration and functionality have fallen off a cliff over the past three months? Customers cannot redeem vouchers with our store anymore and gift vouchers are not being sent out. Making more work for us than ever before. We will have to find another app that works or go back to the Shopify default.

This app is the WORST ... I have almost never had the experience of the app working when I need it to. I pay $20 a month for an app that fails to load EVER and I can't cancel it because I can't even see how many outstanding credits there are. I would prefer at this point, to issue gift cards to anyone who has a credit with me through Rise but I can't find them. DO NOT INSTALL

We encountered a synchronization issue where redeemed gift cards still showed the full balance in the Rise.ai dashboard. Juna investigated the issue thoroughly, manually ran a sync, and resolved the issue quickly.
