Great app and excellent customer support.
We encountered a synchronization issue where redeemed gift cards still showed the full balance in the Rise.ai dashboard. Juna investigated the issue thoroughly, manually ran a sync, and resolved the issue quickly.

This app is the WORST ... I have almost never had the experience of the app working when I need it to. I pay $20 a month for an app that fails to load EVER and I can't cancel it because I can't even see how many outstanding credits there are. I would prefer at this point, to issue gift cards to anyone who has a credit with me through Rise but I can't find them. DO NOT INSTALL
Rise.ai has been a great experience for our store. The app works smoothly, and the support team is genuinely responsive when issues come up. We ran into a wallet-related problem, and Eddie handled it quickly and professionally — clear communication, fast follow-up, and the issue was resolved the same day.
