Wow, I have been looking for over a year for a gift card app that integrates nicely with shopify, it has finally arrived with gift card pro! The support is 10/10 and everything gist has done is spot on what I needed for a seamless gift card purchasing experience
Since switching to Gift Card Pro we have had no issues. They even customized the look to our needs. Looks Great.
Unreal support team who went above the norm to make sure the Gift Card App experience and install was 10/10.
Would highly recommend this app for all you gift card needs to enhance the built in Shopify gift card experience.

I use this app so that the customers can write an enclosure to the recipient when they buy the card. Lots of customization and very good support. I work for a high end nursery/gift store and we are very picky aesthetically. We are very happy with their clean and clear interface.
Unfortunately, have struggled with Gift Card Pro. Customer service doesnt' respond. The system does not integrate well with Shopify so balances aren't recorded correclty making accounting very difficult. Sales datas are not accurate. Overall, do not recommend this app

Thank you for your feedback here.
As noted previously, there is a bug in Shopify Reports that doesn't pull through gift cards generated by 3rd party apps (all apps) and account for them properly as liabilities. We've reached out to Shopify numerous times about this but have not heard back, so we have been in the process of building a reports system ourselves.

Does Exactly what it intends to do. best feature is the ability of supporting other languages and allowing translation of it in the same app quick customer support
