Unfortunately, have struggled with Gift Card Pro. Customer service doesnt' respond. The system does not integrate well with Shopify so balances aren't recorded correclty making accounting very difficult. Sales datas are not accurate. Overall, do not recommend this app

As noted previously, there is a bug in Shopify Reports that doesn't pull through gift cards generated by 3rd party apps (all apps) ...
