Really helpful team. We had a small issue with the video upload option (button not showing) but spoke with support and they rectified it quickly. They also advised some 'best practices' and installed the code to make this possible too. Id highly recommend!

Tim was amazing, helping to make a few minor changes to the way it looks on my page. Look no further! We tried a bunch of different Gift Card apps, and nothing compared. It is incredibly user-friendly, has a beautiful interface for back admins and customers, and I can't say enough good things about their support team. Their reps have sent me videos to walk me through solutions to the questions I have. Top-notch customer service & product.

Lots of functionality and works well, one flaw is that it is possible to discount gift cards with discount codes but this can be avoided by specifying collections in a discount.

Gift Card Pro is a game-changer! It is much better than the other gift card apps we have tried in the past. The two features we have used the most are the scheduling of the e-gift cards and attaching a personal video! No others I know offer the ability to send a personal video. We are looking forward to the new enhancements coming soon!
