Great and simple app to add a Gift Card feature to your website. Lucasgift is not offering Gift cards for rush seasons such as Christmas and Valentine's day times... App looks great with our theme on: https://lucasgift.com/a/gc/gift-card/
Unfortunately, have struggled with Gift Card Pro. Customer service doesnt' respond. The system does not integrate well with Shopify so balances aren't recorded correclty making accounting very difficult. Sales datas are not accurate. Overall, do not recommend this app

Thank you for your feedback here.
As noted previously, there is a bug in Shopify Reports that doesn't pull through gift cards generated by 3rd party apps (all apps) and account for them properly as liabilities. We've reached out to Shopify numerous times about this but have not heard back, so we have been in the process of building a reports system ourselves.
