Gift Reggie: Gift Registry

Adam has been brilliant to work with - fast, efficient and responsive. Excellent customer service combined with a great, user-friendly product! He has been very patient with all our requests which have been very last minute of late. We are still in testing phase, and support has proven to be excellent. especially Jason who I always seem to end up with. This app looks very promising for our needs.

I was worried initially because i received an error that it wasn't integrating properly into my theme. HOWEVER, the customer service is INCREDIBLE and had no problem making everything work perfectly.

From the time I have an issue to the time the problem is fully solved and customized to my needs, is about 10 minutes. Less if the problem is small. I've never seen a team so readily prepared to help out from any other app on Shopify.

We've had Gift Reggie for almost a year and we've had no issues. Customer service is still great- they are prompt, friendly and very helpful. Jason has helped me multiple times with altering settings for our themes. Jason is always friendly, and really makes an effort to help. Chat support is very convenient and there is never a wait.

This app has been a life saver for a client project. It is very thorough and easy to use and on top, the customer support is absolutely awesome!
