Great Customer service. I use two of their apps and they are always willing to help you, customize for you and solve any issue. the Apps perform very well, 100% recommended
We have been looking for a registry solution across many platforms. Gift Reggie is by far the best one around. Easy to use, easy to maintain. We can create and update registries for our clients, associate orders when needed and can easily find them when making a search. Highly recommend the solution. Customer service is super friendly and helpful!
This is a super easy app that got straight to work! Adam was extremely helpful when I called and walked me through every question. I can't wait to push this feature!
App does what it says. Support is great. They helped me deconflict some issues with some conflicting theme customizations and also were able to pinpoint the issue very quickly.
I added this app to my store to days ago and when I look for the line to put the code in I could not find it. I e-mail Gift Reggie and they help me right away in fact they put the code in for me since I still could not find it. Gift Reggie and I are going to be together for a long tome. Thank you

Great app with good functionality, integration, and very helpful customer service!
We have been using gift reggie for almost 6 years. While the app runs well on a basic level, there has been little to no advancements or upgrades to the app. After that much time some improvements and or additional features would be great. We continue to use the app since there are minimal other options out there and some of the other options are closer to $250 a month to use.
Customer service is ok, every time there is a theme upgrade it removes the add to registry button for the app which means we have to reach out to customer service and they seem annoyed that we need this fixed. They have went ahead without consultation previously and re-added the button to a location we did not want but then told us they would then charge us to move it where we wanted it. Considering we pay monthly for this app and interact with them once a year if that I feel these fixes, which are of no fault of our own should be acceptable.
We would love to see some of the following
1) In store scanner option - using a customers cell phone to scan would be great.
2) Ability to have out of stock items excluded or auto removed from the registry.
3) Ability to add additional features like registry perks within the system/ a little more customization.
