The app works very well if the conditions are set in a proper way. Customer care team is wonderful, quick, and responsive!

In our industry several vendors are moving to include surcharges for handling and to cover some costs for increased dollars on containers, packaging, etc. so we needed to find a way to have those fees added onto select products. The set up was fairly straightforward but I had a little issue with how it calculated but Nathan and Anthony on the tech side had me up and running, issue free after a couple emails back and forth.

The customer service is excellent too!! When I had some questions on how to best set up the app for a sale we had I got personal support from them and my problem was solved and the sale was ready to go in hours... HIGHLY SUGGEST
