I spent weeks researching apps to do what I was looking for. This app was able to do what we need, and I love that it is 'built for Shopify' which means the code is clean and won't slow down my store! Really easy to use. The customer service is beyond excellent!!! My inquiries were all answered quickly, friendly, and they were always happy to help, and followed up as necessary! Also just and important and impressive, in my dealings, I learned this company has morals and conducts themselves conscientiously! That puts this company at the top for me! Great job, I wish you the best, you deserve it :)

I was setting up my store and wanted to included a free gift to rise the perceived value of the offer. I tried to learn how to include a free gift with a product with another app and ended up losing almost half a day and it still wasn't working, it was a pretty buggy app for 3X the price of this one. It took me 5 minutes to set up the EG ATC free gift app and works like a charm, I'm pretty glad I found it!

Working for a design agency, we had a small integration issue. However the team Easy Gift team were able to quickly help us out.
The app is super easy to use and our clients are very happy.

After trying several buy X get Y apps, this one is definitely the best one. They have all the features I need and the customer service is great too, solved a bug for me quickly. Highly recommend.

Hi BodySonicUS team,

Nathan, the product manager of EG here. I have tried calling you multiple times and sent a few emails but have been unable to reach you to resolve this matter. The subscription charges are handled by Shopify - and the app's subscription fee is taken at the same time as your monthly Shopify plan payment. The records show you uninstalled it during the second month of use which correctly led to the second payment being charged for. This review shows the amount of time you used the app - you were installed for 2 months and were charged correctly for the duration of your usage.

No more payments will be taken as the subscription ended when you uninstalled.
