HAVE NEVER USED APP JUST SOGNED UP ??? NEEDS TO HELP LOCATE THE ABILITY TO OFFER ON STORE CREDITED GIFT CARDS TO USE ANOTHER DAY OF 10 OR 15 OR 20 BUCKS FINDING AFFORDABLE PRODUCTS WAS ROO HARD AS I WANT TO GIFT NICE THINGS

Great app, improving our sales with a Free Item added into the cart automatically.
The support team is AMAZING. They helped me make many changes and were always happy and prompt to respond to any queries.

We're using this app since while a ago. you can use this app to give gifts to your customers under different or little complicated conditions. That is very useful.
and moreover We recently had a little trouble on our site, and when we contacted their team, they immediately started working on a solution, and the problem was resolved in a short time. We are satisfied with the quick response to solve them.

Nathan & Stephanie have been beyond useful! I struggled with some limitations due to a custom engraving app we are using on our website, and they went out of their way to test this with me, suggesting solutions, and helping me put them in place so that eventually, I solved my problem. I can now run a gift with purchase promotion again and I'm super greatful for the amazing customer support. Highly recommended!

This app has caused us many many issues. Their glitches often result in not adding a gift or not removing the gift when customers remove products. Caused us having to manually edit lots of orders, wasted lots of our support team time, and the worst part is when we reached out to them, their support is cold and not caring at all, never tried to help resolve their own issues, only blamed us by saying that it's our own theme code that doesn't work and caused conflicts with this app. After changing to another app, all those problems were solved, then we realised that it's this app that doesn't work.

I am disappointed to read about your experience with the app. I have checked through our support records and understand why you feel this way.
