Shopify needs help with applying discount codes, as I write this. Their automatic Discounts need to be fixed.
This app works well because it can trigger "pretty much" the same "Shopify discount" and now all of a sudden, it works.
So in conclusion, me = happy

I can see you raised a support request, which was replied to and we sent a store access request to debug the cause of the problem. But perhaps our email replies were lost because we did not hear back from you.
