Our customers have loved having free product options added directly to their cart! It makes it a lot easier on our customer service team who don't have to keep explaining to people how to add their free items to their cart. We have seen an uptick in people spending more when a free item is on the table. Customer service is fast and effective! We love it!

Literally added this app at the last minute, set it up, had a small issue, which was related to my set up and not the app, I sent the customer service team an email and they resolved my issue within minutes! the Customer Service team was amazing, and the app is doing exactly what I needed it to do. Nathan & Stephanie have been beyond useful! I struggled with some limitations due to a custom engraving app we are using on our website, and they went out of their way to test this with me, suggesting solutions, and helping me put them in place so that eventually, I solved my problem.
