Great customer service offered by the app, quick replies. The app does it what it says and it's easy to set up. We had a promotion that was more complex and the app couldn't do it: the customer was offered a choice of gifts for a min order value (5 different items available, choose 1). But if you're looking to offer 1 gift with multiple rules on orders spend/collections etc, this works fantastic.

Great app for automatically adding gifts to cart. Integrates with our Rebuy cart wonderfully. Also allows us to customize rules based on one-time and subscription products, giving us a lot of flexibility with our promotions. Customer service is also great! The team is quick to respond and they really go above and beyond to answer any questions and fix any issues that arise. Highly recommend EasyGift.

This app is great. Does what it says. Had a few issues with our theme but the support team fixed it up for us nd were very responsive.

The most elegant, simple solution we have found. Works with all of the latest (2.0) themes and when we thought we'd hit a snag, Nathan at support got us sorted straight away. Works like magic!

We spent time (and money) with a Dev agency to build a script that would carry out similar functions, however was glitchy. We have had no issues with the EasyGift App and think the analytics portal is a great addition!

Nathan from customer support was quick to response to my issues with adding discounted products (even though I had already disabled the app thinking it wasn't what we needed). Apparently I was too quick to judge, and thank to Nathan's detailed explanation I was able to set up the desired promotions (3+1, Free gift with X purchase etc.)
