Great app. Works as expected. And awesome customer service. They got back to me very promptly with good solutions.
App does what it promises and the customer service is just PHENOMENAL. Had a small bump in the beginning (my bad, not theirs) and the support team came to my rescue quickly and efficiently. Very happy.

We had an issue when setting up the gift rule, but the EG support team responded quickly and was able to sort out what we were doing wrong.
App works like a charm, even in our drawer-style cart website (many other apps we checked out before this one only work with cart pages)

Nathan from the Easygift team has been a wonderful support - we had a few custom requests for the pop up which I wasn't sure would even be possible and Nathan actioned these within less than 24 hours! Very grateful and looking forward to using the app for more loyalty activations going forward.

We use EasyGift to add items automatically to customer's carts based on certain perks. It works extremely well! When we did hit a snag with another Shopify app (GiftShip), I reached out to EasyGift Support and they immediately began working on the issue, resolving it well before the discussed timeline. They were thoughtful, kind, friendly, quick and professional in their communication -- it was clear we were dealing with real humans who really care about creating an awesome product. 10/10 would recommend!
