This app helped solve our issue with automatically adding free gifts to the cart. The support team was awesome and resolved my issue within the first day. I highly recommend this especially with the holidays coming up.
WHy do i still get charged even after uninstalling this. I want a refund

Nathan, the product manager of EG here. I have tried calling you multiple times and sent a few emails but have been unable to reach you to resolve this matter. The subscription charges are handled by Shopify - and the app's subscription fee is taken at the same time as your monthly Shopify plan payment. The records show you uninstalled it during the second month of use which correctly led to the second payment being charged for. This review shows the amount of time you used the app - you were installed for 2 months and were charged correctly for the duration of your usage.
No more payments will be taken as the subscription ended when you uninstalled.

Works just as we needed to give customers a free top with purchase, and they could also pick their size. Customer support is quick respond with answers to our questions. Highly recommend!

Easy to install and get started creating rules. Really like the pop up feature to allow customers to choose which Gift with purchase to add to their cart. Very responsive customer support!

Great customer support by the team. There was an issue in the app that caused it to malfunction. The team really made it up by resolving the issue and following up on the same. Overall, very professional and customer-centric approach.
