I used this app to run a gift with purchase and it is a lifesaver since Shopify doesn't let you automatically add a gift to cart! I initially didn't set it up properly but the customer service team went above and beyond to help me - really exceptional service! It's now working perfectly and helping to increase AOV with the incentive of a gift on higher spend. Highly recommend!

Fantastic app. I use it on several Shopify sites and highly recommend it if you need to automatically add a gift card for example based on total cart price.
Super fast to set-up, easy to use and did exactly what we needed it to do! Our 2022 BFCM would not have had as much success or as good CX as it did without this app. We will definitely be re-installing for future promotions!

This app has caused us many many issues. Their glitches often result in not adding a gift or not removing the gift when customers remove products. Caused us having to manually edit lots of orders, wasted lots of our support team time, and the worst part is when we reached out to them, their support is cold and not caring at all, never tried to help resolve their own issues, only blamed us by saying that it's our own theme code that doesn't work and caused conflicts with this app. After changing to another app, all those problems were solved, then we realised that it's this app that doesn't work.
