EG Auto Add to Cart Free Gift

This app is very convenient for me to set up an auto discount. When I used Shopify discounts before, users had to manually add gifts to the cart before they could see them, which was very detrimental to my new user conversion. After I found EG from the Shopify APP store, I tried it twice and I have to say it is very easy to use and the functions are very stable. I haven't found any bugs in the process of using it.

Handy app with good functionality and their dev team was really helpful with working on a glitchy image loading issue we had. Nathan was really communicative and solved the problem, making sure we tested it and were satisfied with the fix!

Easy Gift Auto Add to Cart has worked really well and enabled us to achieve what we had hoped. The level of support from the developer was out of this world; Taransh answered all my questions and offered to help numerous times as I got setup. He responded to emails often within minutes of me sending them. I would give more than 5 stars if I could for this App and for the support Taransh has offered us.
My only gripe is not with the app but with the Shopify API which does not allow gifts to be added to a cart automatically unless a discount is also applied. We had wanted to add the gift products automatically with no discount, and then have the customer apply a 100% discount using a special one-time coupon code. This is because in our use case the gifts are actually prizes the person has won outside of the store - a coupon code gives us security and knowledge the gifts can only be redeemed once. There are various workarounds to this and we are still extremely pleased with this app, it's only the Shopify API limitation that is frustrating.

The app is incredibly user-friendly. When we needed some custom visual tweaks, the team was eager to help—even though these adjustments were beyond the original scope. Thank you to everyone on the team; we truly appreciate your effort.

Using this app has had an immediate impact in attracting increased order volume and ASP, and it's particularly effective combined with an email campaign and a limited time frame to use - clear call to action and urgency.
The app is very flexible to offer different types of promotion, with clear and concise rules that can be applied.
Good options to add full website visibility, and when added to cart.

This app is fantastic! It helps get around the Shopify limitations to gift free products in the cart automatically. When we had an issue with how something was set up and not working, their support was very helpful, hopped on a video call to work through it and explain how to avoid the issue in the future. Great support, great app!

This is the second company I've used this app on. It works great for getting the right items in front of people that require a selection of add-ons to make something work, like exhaust sensors.

Well, this is a fantastic app. Stephanie was so helpful with my query of how to set up a magic link (URL). To anyone looking for an app that will add a product at checkout at £0 and can amend the product added when terms of spend are tiered, get this!

Taransh was extremely helpful when I had questions about the functionality of the app. We've found it's great with BOGO sales to remove the element of coupon codes and the pop-up box functions smoothly for customers to select their free product.
