We are incredibly frustrated by this review. We received your request on December 7th at 1:29pm and a response was sent on December 7th at 1:44pm. This response was sent to the gmail account used to initiate the request via Shopify.

We are in fact a very active application powering thousands of daily Gift emails for merchants all over the world. We would invite you to check your spam, or get back in contact using the contact form on our website and we would be happy to get you all setup.

We were looking to expand our "Send as Gift" functionality to give recipient notification that a gift is coming and when to expect it. This recipient communication is critical for our products, as they are shipped frozen and can't be left unattended on a doorstep for long. Giftify not only offered this functionality, but install was easy, and customer service was exceptional. Questions answered quickly and the support team was there to make the install and feature function the best way for us. I highly recommend this tool.

I'm always on the lookout for tools that can enhance my customer's experience and drive more sales. Recently, I stumbled upon the Giftly app, and I must say, it has been an absolute game-changer in just a short time!

I was SO impressed by how responsive the Giftly team has been throughout the set-up process. From the moment I reached out about integrating the app into my store, their support was above and beyond. They are super quick to address any and more than willing to assist me throughout the entire process. Hands down, some of the best (if not the best) customer service I have ever experienced with an app!

We were looking for an app that would allow us to send gifts directly from our site and this one checks all the boxes! Their customer support team is extremely responsive and was able to fix everything we needed them to. So far the app is functioning really nicely with our storefront.
