We used this app to help with issuing a reward for shopping early in our Black Friday to customers and it worked perfectly. Great app with all the features we needed at a fraction of the price of the bigger apps. Plus, very customizable, and even lets our customers record and send video messages with the gift card! The team was also very responsive and quick to help us fix any issues with implementation. 5 stars.

I cannot say how pleased I am with Sid and this app. We've driven over $10k of revenue in a couple weeks. Here's what we did:

1 - Surveyed our customers and offered them $25 for taking surveys. We improved our businesses, and the AOV for the redeemed gift cards is over $200
2 - Started giving 10% cash back in our brick and mortar. The way the customer can get this is by registering on an iPad. Now we have our walk-in customers' information + marketing privileges
3 - Customer winback drip sequences. This has re-engaged churned customers unbelievably well.
