GiftKart: Cashback & Gift Card

Ended up choosing GiftKart as they offered basically the same features as another, more expensive app, for a lower cost. It's been a great experience, and they are very helpful, hands on, and quick to respond to questions.

The app is very simple and clear, very nice, and worked immediately with me, there was no single issue on it. Sid was helping me through and was very supportive and patient, Thanks Sid.
I tried the gift card facility as my intention of downloading this app is the gift card and it is great. The other facilities didn't check or use them yet, maybe in the future.
Best thing when you download any app is the simplicity and clarity of it, and this app is like that.
Just waiting for the Arabic Language to be added.

I had some issues with the app but it was totally my fault. You have to make sure you create a free gift card product with $0 balance so it can be added to each cart at checkout I had help from Sid. He literally asked to have a phone call with me to make sure I set up properly and he responds to all emails promptly. Great customer Service. If you have problems it's okay to reach out. Sometimes old codes can also mess up your store. Be sure to erase all other themes that are not being used and reach out to support if you're having problems. After everything was installed correctly. I was able to get more sales from the gift card promotion. I recommend adding something like "Free eGift Card on orders___+" in your announcement bar. The basic plan has lots of options for our growing business and when I had some questions about customization Sid was kind and helpful throughout and went above and beyond. The app itself is very easy to navigate and is self explanatory. I've done a lot of research on different apps of this type and did try out 2 others before settling on this one and I'm very happy with it and confident that if ever I have an issue, someone will be there to guide me through it.
