GiftKart: Loyalty & Rewards

I used this app to specifically use the message option for my shop. I was unsure how to disable the gift wrap option and booked in a call. Sid was such a great help and walked me through what I needed to do.

I had difficulties with the app but Sid emailed me and guided me through it.
It took no time before we had it set up - and I like the app Thank you :D

Works well for our gift cards and support great - fixing error code showing on website within a couple of hours

Great app but most importantly the best customer service I have ever received. Their team, especially Sid, is always responding promptly and always willing to help us in any way. I really appreciate their help with our random questions and requests that we keep throwing at them.
