We needed a gift option for a select number of products in our quite large store and ran into trouble trying to apply the option to so many products. Enter Sid, the app creator, who is simply incredible! Highly communicative, sharp, and responsive, with a terrific sense of humor and passion for his app. If you need gift options and are on the fence about this app, just take the leap. We have had a fantastic experience with Sid getting our GiftKart up and running! We updated our theme, which created many new issues, and Sid has been lightning-fast with his help and guidance. So far, our customers love the ability to send a gift note, and our fulfillment team LOVES that they don't have to think about including it since it prints on the packing slip.

Great app , wonderful service but we were on the PLUS PLAN when we had subscribed and within few days we were Pushed to ESSENTIAL PLAN. this isn't good for a first timer app user.

We had a change in pricing strategy while you were still in trial and therefore the change in plans. That said, we upgraded you to the next tier at the same cost of your previous plan, thereby honored the pricing you signed up for.
