App is super easy to setup and has had a profound improvement on our stores ability to offer a more well rounded service to our clients as well as upselling our gifts.

We had been facing some technical issues at the beginning, contacted tech team right away and they responded to us quickly and politely. Originally the app had the limitation that the From & To parties were available to print on cards, but couldn't be printed on packing lists and we use our packing lists as the gift message.

They dutifully honored our request and added this feature without any additional cost to us. Bravo!
