great app, it has many customizable options. I was able to get instantly assisted by the tech team via video call, they helped me set up the app on my store. Great design, maybe the popup is a little bit slow for 22' standards but it does the job. Suggestions: Add a badge on the order note and make more clear which product needs to be wrapped, as of now it simply adds a product called 'gift wrap' to the checkout. It'd be better to have it already bundled and more clear to which product.

Incredibly helpful team ready to configure what you need. I found this app is simple and very easy to use or alter in one moment and immediately takes effect. If you have questions you shouldn't hesitate to ask for help. GiftLab was able to add value to the basic shopify checkout process. The upgrade to the top tier was worthwhile.It allowed us to move the checkout question so customers could interact more with it. Also, thank you for the 10-day free trial. This gave a roomy testing period to figure out how the pop up was prompted, what that looked like and gave time to see how and if our customers used it.

This app is amazing. It takes my customer right threw a flow of options that is like a funnel. I especially love the messaging option. If you are reading and this and on the fence don't worry, the customer service is amazing and you can schedule a 30 minute meeting with them anytime. Highly Recommend!!!

I use GiftLab for my messaging box and it is amazing! Super easy to set-up and it looks great on my website. Sid is also very helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

We've had trouble with other digital gift message apps in the past. Customers were confused by the UX, and there were limited options. This app is FAR superior!! I love that customers can add a video or digital greeting card along with their message. We've already had customers use it and we've gotten no complaints or questions.

The developers of this app truly "get" how customers place orders, and how Shopify Store owners process orders, and it shows.
