Ok so I am reasonably new to Shopify, adding this app was relatively easy and manged to set it up quickly. However, I struggled with 1 part, and the support team promptly stepped in and fixed it for me. Very impressed.

Can't recommend this app enough, the integration was so quick. It's super easy to set up for international delivery and expansion, which is crucial for us as a multi-regional business with multiple stores.

Giftnote has been a game changer - it has really enhanced the customer experience with online Gifting and made it special for the recipient, we've seen gift card sales increase. The onboarding process with Nick was seamless, turnaround time was incredible and the app is really easy to use, navigate & integrate with our other apps. The best part is we now have a solution to get in touch with the gift recipient, to properly introduce our brand & product & grow our database - a win/win for all.

Very happy so far! Nick helped me add the widget, sent me a detailed and lovely video explaining everything he did, it was all ready to go in a day. US$1 is expensive for a note but for an ecommerce business that uses a 3PL who can't write physical notes, this is a must have for existing customers to feel valued and new customers to feel inspired to order if they are having any doubts. Haven't activated the gift vouchers yet but will try them soon. Thanks team!

Just what we were looking for. Being able to offer a digital card to our customers has totally streamlined our business, improved processing efficiency, reduced costs and on the other hand increased sales. We now use Giftnote as our free option to customers and can charge for a physical message card. Cannot recommend more highly- a must for any Gifting Business!!

We used to literally HAND WRITE our customers gift messages on postcards to put with our playmats and it was insanely time-consuming. Giftnote has been a total life saver honestly. Not only has it given us back hours of our lives back, it's a really cool way to do gift messaging and we've gotten great feedback on it. Highly recommend!
