Giftnote solves the nightmare of printing gift messages through a completely branded and unique Gift Message experience that seamlessly embeds into your store. Users are able to add messages using our custom widget or at checkout to be sent via text message and email, and pick when they want the message delivered (now, later, or when the gift arrives). Giftnote also upgrades your Gift Cards with the same experience, sent directly to recipients. Giftnote also offers Store Credit and integrations.

Giftnote has been a huge asset for our business. The setup was seamless, thanks to Nick’s incredible support, and the app integrates smoothly with Klaviyo & Shopify. Our customers love the personalised gifting options and send on arrival functionality. The customer service has also been fantastic —Nick is quick to respond and offer solutions. We’re excited to see how it performs over Christmas, but it’s already exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Giftnote for any business looking to enhance their gifting options! Nick was amazing during the entire setup process. He addressed all of our questions and made integration quick and easy. Since then, we haven’t had any issues.
From a customer perspective, the Giftnote UX is the best out-of-box option for Shopify by far. It allows customers to control the communication of their gift from order to delivery.
From our vantage as e-commerce operators, the implementation was reasonably easy. There were some minor hurdles, but Giftnote's CS team took the reins and helped launch the enhancement.
I wholeheartedly recommend Giftnote. There is not a better gift experience in the Shopify App Store.
