Father's Country Hams are cured and shipped on our family farm in Kentucky since 1840. We have had a web site for several years on different hosting sites .We tried before to add needed features to our site but they never worked as we preferred . Great tools for gifting and great, rapid reply service for any issues. Really like the gift messaging, multiple shipment and future date planning functionalities.

I use this app for the Delivery date picker and for Product Options (product add-ons / upsells) on product pages. I was after a customised solution that required some CSS and javascript changes. Having run into problems because I suck at coding, I received help from their support team. One of their support guys named Tim was very helpful with implementing a solution quickly. Thank you, and this app really is a great all-in-one gift app!

Tim was excellent to work with, and quick to respond to every inquiry I had during the process of testing the platform and determining how it would integrate with our current shopping site. He was happy to make customized edits to suit our needs, which made me feel confident that our customers will know the best way to use the multiple shipments option for quick and easy ordering. We are trying to build our corporate gifts business, and giftship should definitely help. I highly recommend Tim and the app.

*Updated to 3 stars, spoke to Zach, who explained I had spoken with the call center. He was knowledgable and helpful. Advised email as the best way to get quick support (creates a support ticket) rather than phone. Will stick with email going forward. Will update again after app has been running.

Original: So far the support stinks. Called to get phone support for a simple questions, was told I had to leave a message and someone would call me. I missed the return call, and the number they left me to call back took me to the SAME PHONE BANK, where I had to leave ANOTHER message. The woman I spoke to was snippy- "If you'll listen a moment I'll explain how this works". Let ME EXPLAIN To you- if I can't get a direct number to someone, your support is no good. Oh, and I was told several times I would be called back "At his earliest convenience". No regard for what we need. Haven't even gotten it installed yet and I'm annoyed. Bad start. I don't need a run around with snarky attitude. I would give it one star but I'm holding out for a better experience going forward.

The only thing better than what this app provides is their customer support. I requested a specific customization on my product pages, and Tim reached out and had it done in no time flat.

Customer support is THE BEST! We made multiple requests to help us understand and utilize the app to its optimal use, both Tim and Zac provided outstanding assistance to customize, troubleshoot, configure, and teach us about the app. A+ to the GiftShip team !

The Giftship app has really worked for my site. The multiple shipping option is making it much easier for our customers to order. More importantly, I had an issue with the Datepicker section of the app and the support team was awesome in resolving the issue quickly and communication throughout the process.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. The team went out their way to help me install and configure. And the app is working well. Highly recommend.
