Giftship: Gift Options & More

I used this app for both multishipping and for gift message. Worked great, and the app developers were very helpful and responsive. I recommend using this app.

This app has been a wonderful addition to our website! GIft wrap, delivery date picker, and product upsells have already increased sales for us and we've only had this installed for a couple of weeks. We can already see the difference because of these great features. Also, HUGE shout out to their support team. We asked so many questions about customizations and they always responded with answers within a couple of hours. A few times they just made changes we wanted! Absolutely amazing to work we and we can't speak highly enough of them!

This app is wonderful! We operate a B2B gifting company and this application provided the perfect solution to some of the pain points our clients were regularly communicating to us. One of the pain points that this app solved was the multi-address ordering process. Our clients can now place multiple address orders all on one invoice which saves them time at the end of each month on expense reporting. The date picker is also a wonderful feature. Had some issues with initial setup, emailed the team & they replied within 5 minutes and got the issue resolved. Superb customer service so far, haven't tested the app out fully as of yet.

Fantastic date picker and gift message options that means we’ve completely moved away from our legacy ‘cart notes’ model which presented its fair share of customer friction. Excellent app that has really helped us with Gift Message options and printing multiple gift cards easily. Have only used this function so far but will be looking at some of the other options in the future. Tim has also been particularly helpful when we had some queries. Highly reccommended :-)

GREAT SERVICE and support. I was unsure if the app could do what i wanted. I needed to collect delivery info, a gift card message and a delivery date and time. Support emails were replied to quickly and after comprehensive emails on "HOW TO SET UP GIFTSHIP" my lack of knowledge still prevented it from working. A quick Zoom meeting resolved everything quickly and easily. They couldn't have been more obliging to help me. I'm happy to be dealing with a professional company.
